Yes, for free up to 24 hours before your ride. Use the link in your confirmation email and your deposit is refunded automatically. Within 24 hours the deposit can't be refunded.
Please be on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, the booking lapses and the deposit is not refunded.
If the weather isn't safe, the ride doesn't go out and we move it to another time for free.
